Terms of Service

1) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old (or older if required where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.

2) Social Casino — No Real-Money Gambling

The Service provides simulated casino-style gameplay for entertainment only. No real-money gambling occurs on the Service, and the Service does not offer cash gambling.

• No prizes of real-world value are awarded.
• Virtual currency, credits, and virtual items have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or anything of value.
• Success in social casino gameplay does not indicate future success in real-money gambling.

3) Purchases

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases of virtual currency/items. Purchases grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use virtual items in the Service; they do not convey property rights.

4) Refunds, Chargebacks

All sales are final except where required by law or by the applicable app store/payment provider’s policies. If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal, we may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service.

5) Acceptable Use

• No cheating, bots, automation, exploits, or tampering.
• No harassment, illegal activity, or infringement of others’ rights.
• No attempts to sell, transfer, or trade accounts or virtual items.

6) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, suspected fraud, security reasons, or to comply with law. Upon termination, licenses to virtual items end and unused virtual items are forfeited, except where prohibited by law.

7) Intellectual Property

The Service (including software, artwork, text, and trademarks) is owned by SpinMagicPlace LLC or its licensors and is protected by IP laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer except as allowed by law.

8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpinMagicPlace LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or virtual items.

9) Disputes & Governing Law

If you have a dispute, contact us first to seek informal resolution. These Terms are governed by Delaware law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any permitted court proceedings will be brought in state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
