• Location: Offers are intended for users in the United States where permitted; promotions are void where prohibited by law.
• Account: One account per person. Using multiple accounts (or attempts to do so) can result in promo removal and account restrictions.

• Follow the promo card rules exactly: eligibility window, required actions (e.g., login, specific game, or mission), and any limits.
• Time limits: each promo card shows its start/end time (and, if applicable, a claim deadline). Completing actions after the end time won’t count.
• One-time vs. repeatable: unless a promo explicitly says it’s repeatable, treat it as one-time per user.

4) Exact reward rules (what “counts”)

• Counting activity: only actions completed while logged into your account count toward a promotion.
• Device/session issues: if your connection drops, we count the activity recorded by our systems. Screenshots alone can’t guarantee eligibility.
• If a promo has caps: any stated caps (per user/day/promo) apply even if you exceed the qualifying activity.

5) Limits, fairness, and fraud prevention

• Fair play: bots, automation, exploit attempts, or manipulating gameplay/events can result in disqualification.
• Housekeeping: we may withhold or reverse promo rewards if we reasonably believe a violation occurred (including multiple-account behavior).
• Abuse patterns: repeated chargebacks, suspicious traffic, or device/account farming may restrict access to future promos.

6) Changes, pauses, and cancellations

We may modify, pause, or end promotions if needed for integrity, legal compliance, or technical reasons. If we do, we’ll aim to update the promo card terms on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless the promo card states otherwise.
